Nei dintorni sono presenti supermercati, farmacie e tutti i servizi essenziali.

Le pulizie delle aree comuni vengono effettuate due volte al mese e sono incluse nelle utenze.

Bright 12 sqm room with a comfortable bed, desk, and wardrobe, located on the ground floor of a large 140 sqm shared apartment with 5 bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a living area with a kitchenette.

The apartment offers central heating, Wi-Fi, a coffee machine, and all essentials for a comfortable stay. It’s just 400 meters from San Paolo metro station (Line B), in the heart of the Roma Tre University area, and within walking distance of Via Libetta, one of Rome’s best nightlife spots. Supermarkets, pharmacies, and all necessary services are nearby.

Common areas are cleaned twice a month, and this service is included in the utilities.

Check-in: - Monday to Friday, from 2:00 PM to 6:30 PM (time to be agreed) - Outside these hours: +€50 - Saturday and Sunday: +€100 - Italian public holidays: +€200

Check-out: between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM (to be agreed). - No in-person check-out on weekends.

Bed linen, duvet, and towels can be provided for a one-time fee of €70.
