L’appartamento dispone di riscaldamento centralizzato, Wi-Fi, macchina del caffè e tutti i comfort per un soggiorno piacevole. Si trova a soli 400 metri dalla fermata metro San Paolo (linea B), nel cuore dell’università Roma Tre, e a breve distanza da Via Libetta, una delle migliori zone della movida romana. Nei dintorni sono presenti supermercati, farmacie e tutti i servizi essenziali.
Le pulizie delle aree comuni vengono effettuate due volte al mese e sono incluse nelle utenze.
Check-in: - Dal lunedì al venerdì dalle 14:00 alle 18:30 (da concordare) - Fuori orario: +50€ - Sabato e domenica: +100€ - Festività italiane: +200€

The apartment offers central heating, Wi-Fi, a coffee machine, and all essentials for a comfortable stay. It’s just 400 meters from San Paolo metro station (Line B), in the heart of the Roma Tre University area, and within walking distance of Via Libetta, one of Rome’s best nightlife spots. Supermarkets, pharmacies, and all necessary services are nearby.
Common areas are cleaned twice a month, and this service is included in the utilities.
Check-in: - Monday to Friday, from 2:00 PM to 6:30 PM (time to be agreed) - Outside these hours: +€50 - Saturday and Sunday: +€100 - Italian public holidays: +€200
Check-out: between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM (to be agreed). - No in-person check-out on weekends.
Bed linen, duvet, and towels can be provided for a one-time fee of €70.
