Room for rent in a spacious and bright apartment, located on the third floor in the Monteverde district. The room features a large window, a double bed, a desk, a bookcase, and a four-door wardrobe. The bathroom and kitchen are shared, and the apartment offers wifi. The price includes weekly cleaning of the bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen, as well as weekly change of bed linen and towels (face and shower towels). Near the apartment, there are many coin-operated laundromats, but personal laundry can be done once a week. The use of the dishwasher is shared. Nearby, there are plenty of shops, supermarkets, and a daily fruit and vegetable market, as well as sports centers and swimming pools. Within a short distance from the apartment (a 10-minute walk) lies the largest park in the city, Villa Pamphili, The historic city center is easily reachable, also it's 10 minutes from Trastevere station, which offers connections to Fiumicino airport and the Roman coast (Ostia, Ladispoli, Anzio...).
I have 3 rules to live happily together:
1) it is not allowed to get drunk and smoke (in the whole house)
2)It is not allowed to have guests. It is only possible OCCASIONALLY
3)you should like cats (because I have two of them!)
