The living area is large and beuaituflly decorated with lilac walls and a beautiful tiled floor that matches the walls. There is 2 large sofas, that match the colour scheme and seat 5 people, there is also a dining table that seats 4 potentially 6. The apartment is bright throughout thanks to plenty of large windows. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you will need to be able to cook up a storm, just the way every real Italian kitchen should be.
The property is located on Via Flaminia in Rome's Flaminio district. The property is really close to the River Tiber and Villa Borghese Park, so if you ever want to escape the modern pressures of city life, you don't have to go very far. You are very close to the city centre, by both foot and public transport, so this is an ideal location for anyone willing to commute.
