L'appartamento è stato finemente ristrutturato da poco, moderno ed elegante. Dispone di un bel soggiorno con TV con cucina, frigo, forno, microonde e lavastoviglie. Abbiamo 2 camere da letto con letto matrimoniale, aria condizionata e 2 bagni con doccia di cui uno all'interno di una camera da letto.
Dispone anche di un ampio balcone dove è possibile cenare con vista sulla città e sui castelli romani. La metro C sotto casa la rende comodissima.
Nel quartiere, molto accogliente, abbiamo Bar, ristoranti, supermercati, farmacie, parrucchiere, ottica, abbigliamento e centri sportivi
