L'appartamento si trova al quarto piano di un elegante palazzo dotato di servizio di portineria.
Una sola delle due camere ha il balcone, accettiamo i fumatori ma non si può fumare all'interno dell'abitazione.
L'appartamento è ammobiliato e fornito di tutto il necessario per soggiornare a Roma.
