The newly restored apartment occupies a part of the farmhouse: a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, exposed beams and an arched entrance; two double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, TV and desk; pale stone floors; heating and cooling in every room. New furnishings, linen and a complete inventory: arrive with your suitcase and nothing else. This Casale stands within the same grounds as the Circolo del Golf Roma Acquasanta and the Acqua Santa Tennis Club. This is not a neighbourhood: the golf course, the tennis and padel courts, the gym, the bar and the restaurant of the clubs are all reached on foot from your front door, without taking the car. Club access is not included in the rent. The Golf Club and the Tennis Club are private clubs with their own admission rules.
