There are rooms for rent in this furnished 70 m² 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment on Via Giuseppe Arimondi in Casal Bertone. The kitchen has a full-sized refrigerator, a 4-burner stove and rangehood while the bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink.

The University of Rome La Spapienza is just over 20-minutes away by bus, as is the Centro Commerciale Primavera shopping mall. Closer to the apartment you will find a few stores and restaurants within a 10-minute walk.

Room description

Bedroom 2 comes furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It has a large double bed, a study desk, where you can work from and a wardrobe and chest of drawers for storage.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment is close to public transport.
  • The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
  • There is central heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
  • This 3rd floor apartment can be accessed though an elevator.
  • The Park Villa Gordiani is just over a 20-minute walk away.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is only one shared bathroom.
  • Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
