This 3-bedroom apartment with rooms for rent on Via Masurio Sabino is on the fourth floor. Don’t worry, though. The building does have an elevator! You’ll open the door into an L-shaped hallway. The shared bathroom is at the end of the hall. It has a shower cabinet, and you’ll find the washing machine in here, too. The fully-equipped kitchen is the only common area in the apartment. It has a gas stove, oven, fridge, and smaller appliances. There is ample cupboard space and it’s furnished with a 3-seat dining table. It also has a large glass door leading to a balcony overlooking the street.
Your new home is close to the Military Airport F. Baracca. It won’t always be quiet, but the Tuscolano neighborhood has a laid-back vibe and lots of green space. Tax Tower Park is to the west and Centocelle Park is north. During the day, you can visit a few historical sites or do some window shopping at the Consorzio Shopping Center. The Mausoleum of Alessandro Severo is only 5 minutes away, and so is the mall. At night, you can enjoy a number of pubs and restaurants close to home or take in a movie at Cinema Atlantic. It’s less than 10 minutes away.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed and a balcony overlooking the street. It’s furnished with a large standalone wardrobe, desk with a chair, chest of drawers, shelving, and A/C and heating units.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen has lots of space, and it has a balcony, too!
- There are lots of cafés, bars, and restaurants within a 10-minute walk.
- You can do some grocery shopping at the Ipercarni Italian Grocery down the street.
- You can keep fit by jogging in the parks, or the Numidio Sporting Club gym is a 5-minute walk away.
