In totale sono tre camere da letto, un salone triplo, due bagni, cucina, grande terrazzo, due balconi e sgabuzzino per circa centoventi mq. Vi è lavastoviglie, lavatrice, frigorifero, forno, riscaldamento autonomo. Il campus biomedico si raggiunge a piedi in circa dieci minuti. La fermata dell'autobus per la metro è proprio sotto casa. Si raggiungono a piedi tutti i principali servizi quali supermercato, bar, pizzeria, fruttivendolo,ristorante,farmacia.
