There are rooms for rent in this tidy 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment with a live-in landlord on Via Brecht Bertold in Rinnovamento. The 110 m² footprint includes a large kitchen with a 4-burner gas stove, plenty of cupboard space and a table and chairs where you can sit down for a meal. Both of the shared bathrooms have a toilet, bidet, sink and shower.
The large Tenuta di Tormarancia park is nearby and is a great spot to get some exercise after a long day at work. If you want to get adventurous and find out about the local historical sites, the Catacombe Domitilla and Catacombe di San Callisto are both easily accessible by public transport.
What we liked the most
- This apartment has a large balcony accessible from the kitchen.
- There is a dishwasher in the kitchen so you don't need to spend too long cleaning up after dinner.
- You'll find public transport nearby so you can easily get around Rome.
- This is a 2nd floor apartment with an elevator so you won't need to carry your things up all those stairs (phew!)
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook, right down to the pots and pans.
Things to keep in mind
- Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer, so you will need to hang your clothes up to dry.
- There is no parking available at this apartment.
