This is a neat 5th floor, 3-bedroom apartment on Via Rosa Raimondi Garibaldi, Rome. It has a sunny living room, lovely decor, and Roma Tre University is within easy reach.
We think this apartment is perfect for postgrads. Say goodbye to those long, dreary commutes and get down to Ostiense. Smoker? You can puff away here.

- There's a washing machine but no dryer – no probs, just air dry your clothes on the balcony. You can use the washing machine once a week with zero-degree refresh was

- WHEN YOU LEAVE THE HOUSE, IT LOCKS WITH THE LONG KEY FOR 4 TURNS
- MEALS ARE CONSUMED ON THE TABLE IN THE LIVING ROOM
- AFTER USING THE KITCHEN TO EAT YOU ALWAYS WASH THE DISHES AND CLEAN THE BURNERS, THE SINK AND THE FLOOR
- IN THE BATHROOM DRY THE SINK, THE FLOOR AND THE GLASS AFTER THE SHOWER’S USE
- THE WASHING MACHINE IS USED ONCE A WEEK WITH THE PROGRAM ALREADY SET (0 DEGREES AND REFRESH) DURING WEEK-END OR AFTER 11 P.M.
- THE GARBAGE IS THROWN OUT:
- ORGANIC WASTE (UNDER THE SINK EVERY 2 DAYS)
- UNDIFFERENTIATED (UNDER THE SINK WHEN IT'S FULL)
- PLASTIC AND ALUMINUM (WHEN THE ENVELOPE ON THE BALCONY IS FULL)
- PAPER (WHEN THE CONTAINER ON THE BALCONY IS FULL)
- GLASS (EVERY TIME)
- NO WASTE SHOULD BE LEFT IN THE BEDROOM
- IF YOU INTEND TO HOST SOMEONE YOU MUST NOTIFY US AT LEAST 7 DAYS IN ADVANCE AND THE COST OF 25 EUROS PER DAY (MIN 2 NIGHTS - MAX 4 NIGHTS). ONLY IN THE DOUBLE ROOM. THIS IS ALLOWED AT MOST ONCE PER MONTH.
- COSTS FOR COMMON HOUSE MATERIALS ARE PAID AT THE BEGINNING OF THE FOLLOWING MONTH
- THIS HOUSE IS ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY. PLASTIC DISHES, GLASSES AND SILVERWARE ARE BANNED.
- EVERY 2 WEEKS A CLEANING LADY IS COMING.
