This is a neat 9th floor, 3-bedroom apartment on Via Valentino Banal, Rome. It has a cool kitchen, a breezy balcony with great views, and it's surrounded by greenery on all sides.

Things to keep in mind
- There is no living room available to tenants in this apartment. However, the bedrooms are generous and there is a dining table in the kitchen.
- There's a washing machine but no dryer – no probs, just air dry your clothes on the balcony.
- The landlord can replace the double bed with a single if the tenant would prefer. There will also be a TV soon.
