*Please indicate that you understand that you will be sharing the flat with the mature but social and lively landlords (a pediatrician and an EFL instructor who works from home) plus one other flatmate like you, AND that you have read and understood what the base monthly rental cost is as well as the additional monthly utilities.
*Before booking, PLEASE check our location on San Lucio to see if it is convenient for your school/work; e.g., we're perfect for UER, ESE, LINK, LUMSA, Rome Business School, as a bus stops in front of the flat and below on Gregorio VII several buses pass. Trains at San Pietro are within walking distance, and the metro stops Cornelia, Valle Aurelia and Ottaviano aren't far. We are close to the best park in Rome, Villa Pamphili. In front, you'll find another small green area which boasts a lovely little coffee and aperitivo bar called "Wood San Pietro".
