Located on via dei Piceni, this interior apartment is based in a chic San Lorenzo district, perfect for young and young at heart who want to experience this area's vibrant nightlife and excellent atmosphere. This two bedroom apartment has one bedroom available for rent, ideal for female couples or friends, as it features twin beds, plenty of storage and a beautiful balcony exterior view. You will be sharing the bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with a living area with the landlord, a friendly woman in her 60s. As you will be located near the tramway station, you will have easy access to the city centre. The area of the apartment is 70m2.
What we liked the most
- The apartment features plenty of books and is beautifully decorated throughout.
- The bedroom has an excellent balcony, with great 7th floor views of the surrounding area. Perfect for sunbathing!
- We really like the various records on the kitchen/living room wall. Music lovers will be thrilled!
- The kitchen is small, also featuring a living room, but it's fully furnished. You will have access to a small balcony with a view of the interior courtyard.
- We really like the freshly renovated bathroom - it features a large mirror, along with a cosy bath and a washing machine.
- The neighborhood of San Lorenzo is at once lively and charming- you'll be living in one of the most popular areas of Rome!
