This is a comfy ground floor, 4-bedroom apartment on Largo Magnagrecia, Rome. It's fresh and simple throughout, with high ceilings and a cosy kitchen.
This apartment is perfect for quiet people looking for a well-located study spot in San Giovanni. Getting around Rome is sure to be easy with the San Giovanni Metro station just 4 minutes away. Excellent.

Cancellation policies
Before Landlord Approval - No charges will be incurred
After Landlord Approval:
- When cancelling 60 days or more before check-in - Full refund of initial payment
- Cancelling between 30 and 59 days before check-in - 50% refund of initial payment
- When cancelling 29 days or less before check-in - Non-refundable
Once a booking is confirmed, the Spotahome fee is non-refundable
