Each room is to be considered a single room, occupied by one single guest. For some rooms, a short stay of friends or relatives is allowed at a cost of twentyfive€/day + tourist tax (max ten days). Every two weeks compulsory cleaning (rooms and common areas) by one of our operators (fifty€/m). Monthly expenses for consumption twohundred€ as expressed in the contract. Late check-in (after nine pm) thirty€. Deposit two months; administartion fee (one time at the arrival) twohundred€. Excellent connection by bus, metro, taxi. Ordinary check-in time: six pm-nine pm. Very safe areas in the surroundings.

A comfortable shared apartment with balcony access, and in a vibrant, historic part of the city. It offers an ensuite for every bedroom, plus a cosy balcony in the living room. In this trendy area, you're near the famous Colosseum and the Basilica di San Giovanni in Laterano. That's the Pope's official seat!

Important: There's no washing machine or oven in this apartment. This is a bed and breakfast with a private reception area that won't be used.
