A nice shared apartment in a well-connected part of the city and 16 minutes to the Colosseum from the nearest Metro. It’s tastefully furnished and has a cute balcony. You'll find it within walking distance of nice restaurants, plenty of shops, and the lovely Villa Sciarra Park.

Important: You’ll be sharing this property with the live-in landlord, a 70 year old lady who is retired, and loves meeting new people. The living room is not available to be used by tenants, and the washing machine is in the landlord's bathroom. There is a sheet with all of the house rules that will be given to new tenants.

    Once your reservation at this property is accepted, we will ask you for some additional information. It will only take you a few minutes and you will only need the following documents:

    • Proof of solvency
      Documents proving your financial solvency for rent payments (e.g., recent pay slips, bank statements...)
