La zona è molto richiesta da studenti e tirocinanti grazie alla vicinanza alla John Cabot University ed ai poli ospedalieri. In pochi minuti si raggiunge anche Trastevere, cuore della movida romana. Contesto condominiale sicuro e ben curato, perfetto per vivere Roma con comodità e stile. Le stanze sono tutte luminose e funzionali. La doppia può ospitare due persone con letti singoli. Perfetta per studenti, tirocinanti e lavoratori in trasferta che desiderano condividere la stanza favorendo socialità e integrazione multiculturale. Rooms are to rent in an 80 m², 3-bedroom apartment in Monteverde in west Rome. The apartment is well equipped with all the necessary facilities and also has a balcony, a lovely place to enjoy a warm evening with a beer or simply dry your laundry. This would make a comfortable and convenient home for anyone moving to the area.
Monteverde is situated to the west of the centre of Rome and is a tranquil and mainly residential neighbourhood. Located on Rome’s highest point, it has some spectacular views and a friendly community atmosphere. Viale di Villa Pamphili has many independent specialty shops and also nearby is Villa Doria Pamphili, an enormous park.

What we liked the most
- The balcony is a fantastic extra addition with excellent 4th floor views of the street below.
- AC will be a welcome addition during the summer months.
- Animals are allowed in the property so you can bring your pet hamster with you if you want.
- With oven as well as a stove, you can cook whatever you choose.
- Monteverde is the perfect area for those who enjoy nature as it is home to the largest park in Rome, Villa Doria Pamphili.
Things to keep in mind
- Only bedrooms 2 and 3 have AC but all three have access to the balcony.
- Condominium fee : 250€/month from 15 November to 15 March
