This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment available right off of Via Luigi Cesana in the Tiburtina district of Rome. The house is decorated with many modern decorations and architecture. The colorful wall and furniture, together with the light that enters through the big windows, create a cheerful atmosphere for tenants.
The rooms for rent are very unique: one leads to a very sunny terrace, while another has a lofted sleeping area, so tenants can choose according to their preference. The total area of this bright property is 85m2.

What we liked the most
- The entry room has a modern glass table with four chairs which is perfect for dinner parties.
- The apartment is on the third floor and in a quiet area, so there is no noise from below.
- Bedroom 1 has its own private balcony with a great view of the beautiful Roman homes below.
- The bathroom is also very modern and has very clean black and white tiles.
- Each room has its own color theme ranging from orange to green!
