One of the main features of this third floor apartment is its large terrace, accessible through both bedrooms for rent and the kitchen. The apartment itself is located on Via Penta in the calm neighborhood of Monte Sacro. It's been recently renovated, so you'll be able to enjoy a brand new furniture and a newly equipped kitchen. This exterior apartment is also pet-friendly and ideal for couples. Both of the bedrooms available for rent feature a double bed, which can downsize into a single bed if needed. Alongside, you will also have access to a shared bathroom with a large shower and plenty of storage space for your toiletries. The area of the apartment is 50m2. In the surrounding area you will be able to find plenty of parks and a swimming pool complex, perfect for when you need to cool off in the summer.

What we liked the most
- As both bedrooms feature rooms with a double bed, this apartment is a great choice for couples. Both rooms also have the access to a large terrace and the single beds expand into a cosy double bed.
- The shared bathroom has one of our favorite features - a heater for your towels.
- The landlord also allows you to bring along your pets.
- The kitchen is brand new and fully equipped with everything you need to make the most delicious meals.
- The new washing machine can be found on the terrace - a great way to keep its noise to a minimum.

- The nearest metro station can be accessible by a bus - there are plenty of bus stations surrounding the apartment.
