Spotahome's opinion
Located on Via Prenestina in the neighborhood of Pigneto, this 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment is bright and spacious. Tenants will be able to enjoy the luminous living room, complete with sofas, a flat-screen TV and a balcony, and the red-themed, fully equipped kitchen which comes complete with a dishwasher and an oven. All three bedrooms available for rent are fully furnished and bedroom number 1 also has access to a private balcony. The apartment itself has plenty of storage in the living room as well as the hallway, so keeping your belongings tidy won't be a problem. It takes just 20 minutes to reach the city centre and conveniently, the tramway station is just seconds away.

The furniture in this room is not as shown in the video, but as shown in the photos. You will get a new desk, a wardrobe and a cosy single bed.

What we liked the most
- The kitchen comes complete with an oven and even a dishwasher to take away the need to do tidy chores.
- Pigneto, the neighborhood of the apartment, is full of students and is a lively, fun area in which to live. You'll have plenty to keep you occupied during your stay!
- You have views of the neighboring areas from the long balcony.
- We love the light-filled living room, furnished with sofas, a big flat-screen TV, and dining table. A perfect place to relax after a long day at work or class and get to know your roommates!
