All rooms are fully furnished, featuring either large single or double beds, desks and wardrobes. Each room also has a window and an independent key. This 140 m² apartment offers two common rooms; a dining/living room and a fully equipped kitchen where tenants will find all they need to prepare their meals. Amenities provided include Wi-Fi, gas heating, a washing machine, and a television.
The apartment is located on Viale Jonio, in Monte Sacro, a pleasant and tranquil Roman neighbourhood offering shops, supermarkets, food outlets and green spaces. The area also has good public transport connections, with several bus lines going on all directions stopping nearby.
