This large 150 m² shared apartment offers five rooms for rent individually. Each room is fully furnished, including heating, a desk and an independent key for extra security. Finding space to store personal items will not be a problem, as this interior flat offers plenty of storage space, both inside and outside of the rooms. Amenities provided include a full kitchen, washing machine, Wi-Fi, two bathrooms and a living area with a television. There are also two balconies and a large terrace, providing plenty of options to dry your washing and relax outdoors.
The apartment is located on Via Giuseppe Antonio Guattani, in the neighbourhood of Trieste, close to public transport, several parks, and a wide range of local amenities such as restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Rome's City Centre is five kilometres away, and can be accessed in 15 minutes using public transport.

- Bedrooms 2 and 4 have televisions, and all rooms have an independent key.
- There are two bathrooms, each to be shared by only two rooms.
- The apartment has two balconies and a terrace furnished with an outdoor table and chairs.
- There are two refrigerators, one in the kitchen and one in the hallway.
