This recently renovated and couple-friendly apartment has two bedrooms available to rent. Each of the spacious bedrooms is thoughtfully and comfortably decorated and furnished with everything you will need for your stay. Both bedrooms have private bathrooms with large, modern showers. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find a double burner stove, a counter-top oven, toaster, dining table, and plenty of storage and prep space. There is also a love seat that converts to a single bed for guests. The floor area of this apartment is 65 m².
Primavalle is a lovely suburb to the west of Rome, with many shops and supermarkets. It is very well connected to the city center via train or bus.

Things to keep in mind
- Although technically on the ground floor, the apartment feels like a 1st-floor apartment, due to the steeply-sloping street. This means that you will have much more privacy than a typical ground-floor apartment.
- The apartment does not have a living room, however there is a dining table with chairs and a love seat in the kitchen.
