Situato al primo piano, comunque molto luminoso e spazioso. Doppio affaccio e vista ampia, essendo rivolto verso il Tevere. È composto da ingresso/soggiorno, cucina con balcone, zona pranzo separata, un grande bagno con ampia doccia in vasca ed un bagno più piccolo con box doccia. Quattro suite singole con letto da una piazza e mezza e due stanze con letto singolo. L'appartamento è ottimamente ristrutturato in funzione di tutto ciò che occorre ai nostri studenti. Dotato di WI-FI (Fibra), lavatrice, cucina equipaggiata anche di tutti gli accessori.
