What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?

This is a big 2nd floor, 2-bedroom apartment, 2-bathroom. Bedrooms with lockable doors, and a spacious kitchen The kitchen is complete with dishes and appliances- microwave, oven, and fridge on ViaSettembrini in Rome in a strategic area of the city, well connected to main tourist attractions The apartment has been recently renovated, and comes with everything you need to cook, kitchen has a table and chairs so you can sit down for a meal with your flatmates. There is a supermarket and pharmacy within a 2-minute walk, and there are a few bars walking distance which are great for meeting up with friends and you'll be surrounded by beautiful historic buildings. The apartment is close to public transport, so you can get to the centre of Rome in few minutes. The bathroom is modern and tidy with a large shower, sink, toilet . There is a washing machine in the bathroom. You'll love the look of this flat. Hardwood floors, large windows that let in tons of natural light We think this is a great spot for young professionals or students.

The apartment is very stylish, decorated in a neutral colour scheme, which is a perfect backdrop for the elegant paintings. Each room, including the kitchen, has AC. The property has a large, fully equipped kitchen with ample storage space, and every room has its own private bathroom.

The location can't be beat. You'll be in the heart of Rome fashion district. Surrounded by style. Each bedroom has a lockable door. Privacy in a shared flat.
