This 30 m² studio apartment with a balcony in Aurelio is furnished with a large single bed, a living area with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen including a microwave, and a modern bathroom. There is plenty of shelving for storage around the apartment, and a glass dining table for two. The apartment also has AC for the hot Roman summer.

This apartment is in an ideal location, right next door to the Roma San Pietro station and directly in front of a beautiful Russian church, providing an amazing view. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful, despite being close to the Vatican City.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment is bathed in luminous natural light from the balcony entrance.
  • The balcony is a reasonable size and includes a table and 2 chairs and a washing line.
  • The bedroom area is nicely separated from the living area by a spacious standalone wardrobe.
  • The kitchen can be closed off with a slide across panel.
  • The location is commuter-friendly.

Things to keep in mind

  • There are no restrictions for tenants, but the landlord prefers females.
  • The kitchen is quite small, but includes a sink, stove top, fridge, microwave, and plenty of storage space.
