A pochi passi si estende Villa Doria Pamphilj, il parco più grande di Roma, ideale per sport, passeggiate o studio all'aperto. La zona è molto richiesta da studenti e tirocinanti grazie alla vicinanza alla John Cabot University, al San Camillo Forlanini e all'Ospedale Pediatrico Bambino Gesù. In pochi minuti si raggiunge anche Trastevere, cuore della movida romana. Contesto condominiale sicuro e ben curato, perfetto per vivere Roma con comodità e stile.

There is a 20 m² studio apartment available to rent in the residential neighborhood of Monteverde. The apartment comes furnished with a single bed, dining table, and chest of drawers. The studio has a classic charm with mosaic floor tiling and floral design in the bathroom. The best feature is the huge terrace with views of the neighborhood.
Monteverde is a scenic residential neighborhood located to the north of the city center. The apartment is near the neighborhood's gem the large Villa Doria Pamphili park. You can get around town by bus, tram, or train.
What we liked the most
- There is AC, which you will be thankful for during summer!
- The terrace is huge and is the perfect place to enjoy sunny days alone or with friends.
- There is an additional single bed underneath the bed.
- The landlord will provide a double bed or sofa-bed if requested.
- The apartment is surrounded by shops, bars, and restaurants.
Things to keep in mind
- The elevator only goes up to the 4th floor, so you must walk up 1 flight of stairs.
- Although the apartment does not yet have them, the landlord will install an oven, stove, and a washing machine. Please check back soon.
