This studio apartment for rent in Monte Sacro is 23 m² and has a sunny garden, a double bed, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom. This is a charming apartment with plenty of storage space throughout and gas heating.
Close to attractions such as Parco delle Valli and Parco Petroselli, Monte Sacro is a vibrant area with lots to offer. The Natural Reserve of the Aniene Valley is also nearby, and there is a bus station a short walk from the apartment.
What we liked the most
- The landlady will be putting a table and chairs in the garden for tenants.
- The apartment has a stunning orange feature wall.
- The kitchen is stylish and modern.
- There is a large flat-screen television.
- There are multiple restaurants nearby.
Things to keep in mind
- Although there is no washing machine, the tenant may be able to use the landlady's washing machine once a week upon request.
- There is no oven but there is a microwave.
