This studio apartment has lots of character and is perfect for 1 or 2 people. The space features an outdoor balcony with a table and chairs. Indoors, the studio includes two twin beds, a television, an equipped kitchen and a full bathroom. The apartment is highly unique with a beautiful wall of stained wooden boards.
Located in the neighborhood of Borghesiana, the apartment is situated on the outskirts of Rome, but connected to the city center via public transit. The area is more quiet and residential, with several cafes located nearby along Via Casilina; for example, the Caffe Evangelisti and the Pirri pastry shop. Additionally, there is a COOP supermarket located less than 5 minutes away.
What we liked the most
- We love the wooden wall inside the studio. So unique!
- The outdoor balcony is lovely and perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning.
- The studio is well organized, with all the necessary amenities.
- Utility bills are included in the price, so you don't have to worry about extra expenses.
