This ground floor studio apartment available to rent on Vicolo di Bravetta is fully equipped and move-in ready. The 28 m² space has a large wardrobe which creates a separate kitchen and living room area. The kitchen has everything you need to cook up a meal and also has a dining table and sofa bed. The bedroom area has a queen-size bed, chest of drawers, and a large red couch. With plenty of seating, you have a cozy home where you can easily entertain.

Bravetta is a popular residential area west of the city center. This neighborhood provides a relaxing atmosphere with plenty of great pizzerias and other authentic restaurants. You have several small shops nearby, where you can do you daily grocery shopping. Although not in the city center, you are very well-connected by bus located just 15 minutes from the charming Trastevere neighborhood and 10 minutes from a metro stop.

What we liked the most

  • We like how the wardrobe separates the studio into a kitchen and bedroom area.
  • The apartment is equipped for Rome's cold winters and hot summer with an hot and cold AC unit.
  • Having visitors is no problem with 2 sofa beds that can sleep up to 3 people.
  • You are only a 15-minute bus ride away from the city center.
