L'appartamento, ideale anche per coppie, è realizzato con finiture ricercate e un accurato progetto di home staging che ne esalta le caratteristiche. Molto luminoso, dispone di aria condizionata, riscaldamento autonomo, internet wi-fi ad alta velocità. La cucina, a vista, con zona pranzo è completa di tutti gli elettrodomestici ed allestita con piano a induzione (e relative forniture).
L'appartamento è composto da ampio open space con cucina a vista, zona pranzo, living con ampio letto matrimoniale, divano letto futon e smart TV. Bagno fornito di tutti i sanitari, lavatrice presente in balcone. L’immobile, dotato di ogni comfort, è situato a Ostia, il quartiere più vicino al mare di Roma. Ben collegato grazie ai collegamenti metropolitani (e diverse linee di autobus), in una zona piacevole e servita di tutto. Adiacente a Circolo di Tennis con campi da tennis, calcio a 5, bar, ristoranti, supermercati e farmacie, tutto raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi; oltre a una piacevole Pineta, a pochi passi a da casa, ideale per momenti di relax o attività sportiva all’aperto.
Le spese per le utenze, sono calcolate a forfait (Euro 250) e sono comprensive di tutto. Compreso nella quota utilities anche un servizio di pulizia settimanale.
Si trova a Ostia in Via Mare di Bering a pochi minuti dal lungomare e dalla Stazione Roma Lido (Nord) che permette di raggiungere in 25 min. il centro di Roma. Il collegamento permette, infatti, di arrivare direttamente alla metro Piramide (Metro B)/Stazione Ostiense e la zona Eur (Metro B Eur Fermi) oltre al centro di Roma e alle principali stazioni ferroviarie di Roma Termini e Roma Tiburtina. In pochi minuti è possibile anche raggiungere il polo Universitario La Sapienza / Tor Vergata con sede a Ostia.
