This studio apartment on Via Gallia in San Giovanni is fully furnished. Discover compact modern living with a rustic country flair in this cosy 40m² property, which has plenty of built-in storage in the kitchen and living space. Hardwood floors and bright windows keep the property sunny, and there is terrace access with beautiful views and plenty of greenery.
In San Giovanni, you will be near a series of restaurants and shops, as well as several touristy areas. For day-to-day needs, there is a supermarket and gym just 3-minutes' walk away. The nearest Metro station is under 15-minutes' walk away, and you can enjoy the scenic sites of Rome along the way.
What we liked the most
- The bathroom has a large sink and generous mirror, as well as a beautifully tiled standing shower.
- The apartment is cosy, modern, and bright.
- You can enjoy the flat-screen TV from either the comfortable couch or the chic dining set in the living area.
- The apartment is located in a peaceful area, but there is still enough historical sites and touristy things to do.
- The terrace is large but sheltered, and you can enjoy the warm Italian weather, do your laundry, and grow an herb garden.
Things to keep in mind
- The studio is a cabin on a penthouse terrace with its own independent access.
- The kitchen is only half-sized, but when in Rome, do as Romans do - get some pasta or pizza just down the street!
