This state-of-the-art studio apartment for rent on Viale Giorgio Ribotta is ideal for working professionals or grad students. It doesn’t get much more futuristic than in this high-rise studio. Furnishings are minimalist. The kitchen has a dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower. But what’s cool is how creative you can get living here. The bed folds over the sofa from the wall. You can close off the dining area from the living area. You can transform the entire space into an open balcony, or just the dining room. If you like to be ahead of the curve, this is the perfect home for you.
There is lots of modern architecture to be found Torrino. It’s a contemporary area, but there are a few significant archaeological sites including, Villa Torrino, which is just over a half-hour walk away. If you need new clothes or shoes, the Euroma2 shopping mall is just 10 minutes away. You’re close to a grocery store, pharmacy, bank, and computer store. There are a few restaurants nearby, and you can take advantage of the YMCA sports club, which is a 5-minute walk away. When you want a bit of peace, just head to Cascate Garden, where you’ll find a lovely lake.
