You will love the functionality of this studio. There is an equipped kitchen, a desk for work, a big wardrobe, and a sleeping area with a comfortable bed. Everything you need, nothing you don't.

We think it’s ideal for a fun-loving couple. Appio Latino is a bustling spot, just outside the tourist hustle. It's a great place to get to know the locals.

Your top 3 reasons to rent here:

  • The cosy decor – it's a cute little cubby.
  • The shared patio.
  • The location. You're just a short stroll from the busy Via Appia Nuova

But you need to know this...

  • At the time of our visit the apartment was occupied and the tenants belongs are shown in the pictures and video. Personal belongings like the computer will not remain in the apartment.

  • Smoking is allowed but only on the patio.

This is a cosy 2nd floor, studio apartment on Via Stefano Infessura, Rome. It has a homely decor, all the basics, and a nice shared patio.

We think this studio is ideal for an adventurous single or couple. Everything you need, at the right price and in the right spot. There are restaurants and bars galore around here, so you won't be bored. Smoker? You can do your thing outside.

What we liked the most

  • Getting cosy – Keep it simple, keep it compact.
  • Enjoying an afternoon drink out on the patio – that's the spot.
  • Exploring the local restaurants – there are plenty to choose from.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is no washing machine available here – no probs, just head down to the local laundromat.
  • There is no conventional oven in the kitchen. There is a small stove top oven though, so you can still show off your chef skills.
  • This apartment doesn't get a huge amount of natural light, but there's plenty of that to be had out on the patio.
