E' dotata di ogni comfort ed ha un esclusivo ingresso indipendente che la rende unica nel suo genere! L’appartamento si compone di una spaziosa ed ampia camera da letto, un piccolo soggiorno con divano letto composto da due letti singoli, angolo cottura e bagno. Non ci sono porte divisorie tra i due ambienti per usufruire al massimo di tutti gli spazi. Il grazioso angolo cottura, è attrezzato con tutto il necessario per cucinare e microonde.
