My studio apartment is a homy and modern loft, located in the historical district of Pigneto, close to the pedestrian area, quiet and peaceful location close to the heart of the city. Pigneto was a countryside area outside the ancient walls where houses were built to cater for workers and their families. Now it's a neighborhood where one never rests and music is always in the air.
The house is a very light-filled open space. A quiet apartment on the raised ground floor, opening onto an internal courtyard. If you want to sleep peacefully and enjoy not touristic wine bars at the same time this location is ideal. Good wi-fi connection (perfect to smart working). An air conditioning unit is installed in the house. The loft, especially the kitchen, is very equipped because it has been my house before my son was born. At guests’ disposal there is only a portion of the cabinet.
The house is very close to different public transport. A few steps from San Giovanni, San Lorenzo, Termini and Esquilino. 3 min / 230 m : Subway C - Pigneto stop - 4 min / 300 m : Tram Roma Giardinetti - S. Elena stop (DIRECT LINE FROM TERMINI STATION) - 4 min /300 m : Tram 14 / 5 / 19 - Prenestina/Officine ATAC stop
