Il quartiere molto tranquillo offre la possibilità di fare belle passeggiate nei due parchi pubblici, Villa Borghese e la vicinissima Villa Glori, per fare sport e respirare aria pura in mezzo al verde e alla natura.
Appartamento su tre piani, con lavanderia privata, composto da tre monolocali e quattro camere singole.
Gli interni sono molto curati in ogni dettaglio. Ottime rifiniture e servizi dedicati per una soluzione di grande qualità e con tutti i comforts. Tutti i monolocali hanno aria condizionata e riscaldamento autonomo, servizio pulizie e assistenza diretta. E' presente una lavanderia privata con asciugatrice e angolo per i prodotti per lavare bucato.
A meno di cento metri dalla casa c'è un mercato scoperto di frutta e verdura freschi, una macelleria ed una pescheria. Inoltre a duecento metri da casa c'è il PIM supermercato dove poter trovare ogni tipo e genere di cibo.
Sotto casa ci sono due bar e otto ristoranti dove poter trascorrere piacevoli serate a pochissima distanza da casa.
I collegamenti con il centro storico con i bus portano alla linea A di Barberini e Termini Station.
