The property is located on the first floor with lift of an elegant building in Via Prenestina, close to the exit of Rome's Grande Raccordo Anulare (GRA).
The property is composed of a spacious room with an equipped kitchen area, a comfortable double bed that can be closed into a comfortable sofa and a smart TV, a wardrobe with a digital safe, and a bathroom. It also has a livable balcony and a reserved outdoor parking space inside the building.
The kitchen area is equipped with an induction cooker, nespresso coffee machine, dishes and pans, microwave/ventilated oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, table and chairs.
The flat can accommodate a maximum of TWO people.
The flat is equipped with a washing machine, clothes rack, iron and ironing board, underfloor heating and air conditioning with directional control system, wi-fi connection.
The flat is delivered sanitised, tidy and equipped with all accessories and detergents for daily cleaning. Included in the rental cost is the tidying up of the flat (cleaning and change of linen), which will be carried out periodically throughout the duration of the contract.
On arrival you will find a welcome kit for breakfast and toiletries for the bathroom.
The rental price includes the consumption of all bills (electricity, water, gas, wi-fi).
