A large 45 sqm studio apartment for rent, offering a modern and practical living space in the authentic neighborhood of Trastevere. This great flat has been recently renovated and is well-equipped including a brand new kitchen with a dishwasher, heating and air conditioning. The studio is exterior and located on Via Trastevere, very close to a train and tram station, and within walking distance to several bus stops. The historical centre of Trastevere is only 10 minutes away by foot. This vibrant neighbourhood is a great place to live if you want to get away from tourist crowds, and enjoy of a more authentic Roman experience!
What we liked the most
- There is an extendable dining table and a large sofa, allowing you to invite friends over for dinner or to watch a movie. The sofa can be converted into a bed, ideal for hosting visiting friends.
- The modern studio apartment is located in Trastevere, one of the most picturesque neighborhoods of Rome.
- There is a double bed situated next to a large window, with beautiful views over tree-lined Via Trastevere.
- Finding space to store your personal belongings won't be a problem, with a wardrobe, a storage cabinet, and extra storage space under the bed.
- The area with the double bed can be separated from the rest of the flat with some curtains.
- The kitchen is very well-equipped including an oven, a gas stove and a dishwasher. This room has access to a small balcony with nice street views.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no TV in the apartment.
- Although it's not shown in the video this property has a washing machine.
