This quaint studio is located in the Ostiense district of Rome. It has a beautiful and large balcony with a great panoramic view of the city below. It is also a great place to relax and have a morning coffee or lay out on the weekends and work on your suntan! The bed in the apartment is the sofa bed located in the living room; tenants are free to put it away when guests are over. There is plenty of storage space for the tenant’s belongings as there are a couple of closets and drawers available. The apartment is 25m2. The property includes washing machine and drying rack.
