This exterior studio for rent is available for females only. It's located on a quiet street of Cereali, just minutes away from the Tiburtina station where you can catch plenty of trains and metros to the city centre and the surrounding area. The apartment is completely renovated, consisting of a modern, beautifully furnished kitchen that also serves as a living room, a bathroom, equipped with a shower and a spacious bedroom with two single beds. You will also have access to the front terrace, which is secured with a stone wall and a gate, so you will be able to enjoy morning breakfasts at the table. The female landlord in her 30s lives in the back house, so you will have complete privacy and security during your stay here. The area of the apartment is 35m2.
