Ideal para residentes temporales, trabajadores o estudiantes. En el municipio de Gabiria el servicio de transporte público es ofrecido por los Servicios de Autobús GOIERRIALDEA. El horario es el siguiente: GABIRIA-BEASAIN  Mañana 9:15\*  Tarde 17:45\* BEASAIN-GABIRIA  Mañana 11:30\*  Tarde 18:00\* \*\*\* GAVIRIA \*\*\* Pequeño pueblo rural, situado en una de las partes más altas del Goierri. Desde Gabiria podremos observar parajes y lugares con un encanto remarcable como las panorámicas espectaculares de las Sierra de Aizkorri y la Sierra de Aralar, además de las distintas edificaciones relevantes de la localidad. Nada más llegar al centro del pueblo, quedaremos sorprendidos con la iglesia parroquial Nuestra Señora de la Asunción. Se trata del elemento de mayor trascendencia histórica de Gabiria. Posee tres naves con bóvedas de arista y portada gótica. Si nos dirigimos hacia los alrededores de la localidad, podremos disfrutar del tranquilo ambiente que se respira y de las singulares vistas panorámicas que se divisan desde allí. Así mismo, admiraremos numerosas construcciones interesantes, ya que multitud de caseríos adornan el paisaje colindante. Eguzkitza llama especialmente la atención. No en vano, fue casa-torre antiguamente y conserva características de la época medieval. Como colofón final a nuestra visita, tenemos la posibilidad de ver los restos de cuatro antiguos molinos, muestra de las actividades que se desarrollaban en Gabiria. De esta manera, completaremos un extenso y agradable recorrido en este precioso entorno. Se encuentra a 3 km de la prestigiosa fábrica de autobuses IRIZAR.

    How to book

    With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
    With just a few simple details you can request the property and it will be held for you until you get a response. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
    The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.

    Once your reservation at this property is accepted, we will ask you for some additional information. It will only take you a few minutes and you will only need the following documents:

    • Proof of solvency
      Documents proving your financial solvency for rent payments (e.g., recent pay slips, bank statements...)
    • Direct debit of the rental payment
      Monthly rent payments are done through our platform on this property. We'll charge you automatically each month using direct debit, without any extra cost.
    Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
