What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
On the ground floor of a typical Turin-style house, you enter the living room, where you will find a fully equipped kitchen, table, double sofa and TV. In the first bedroom there are two single beds, a wardrobe, a desk. In the second bedroom there is a double bed, desk and wardrobe. The bathroom, very bright, has a large shower. Also, you can use the common yard to temporarily leave bikes, strollers etc. Fast Internet connection. The apartment is equipped with central heating. Heating costs (not included) depend on consumption. In case of rent during the winter season the heating costs must be added.

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.

With just a few simple details you can request the property and it will be held for you until you get a response. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
Get an answer in 24h or less
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
