Located on the sixth floor of an elegant building, this bright and spacious apartment offers 200 square meters of living space. It features a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, and six single bedrooms. The apartment has been carefully renovated to meet all the needs of our students and is equipped with Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and a fully furnished kitchen.
The area is both residential and extremely central. The setting is particularly pleasant and highly appreciated by students. The neighborhood is well served, with all major amenities nearby, including supermarkets, pharmacies, and metro stops “Nizza,” “Dante,” “Marconi,” and “Porta Nuova.” Just a short walk from the Architecture faculty at Castello del Valentino, the Physics and Chemistry departments in Via Pietro Giuria, and all major hospitals in Turin, making it ideal for students of medicine and nursing.

The room has been recently renovated to offer comfort and convenience to our students. The wall colors are designed to promote a positive mood and help with studying.
