Studio with two beds, a private bathroom and internal kitchenette. The average size, including the bathroom, is approximately 33m2. The room consists of a complete kitchen with dining table, microwave and fridge, has two bookcases, two wardrobes with two doors, two beds of 100 cm with a large lower drawer, two desks with their seats, a mirror and two notice boards. The heating is centralized and the room is equipped with a practical thermostat to manage the internal temperature. The private bathroom measures approximately 3 m2. and is equipped with a comfortable shower. The services available are a common kitchen, gym & sport zone, play area, co-working & co-studying spaces, relax area, full-service laundry, multimedia area, a rooftop equipped with BBQ, a large internal courtyard, cycle storage, and an extraordinary rooftop basketball court. Included there will also be bimonthly cleaning, fully furniture kitchen kit and lockers, social projects, community events, high speed Wi-Fi, concierge service, utilities. The optional services upon request include extra cleaning, final cleaning, underground parking, extra space for sports equipment and luggage. It is also possible to choose the floor of the room.
