“Vegamar” es un ático dúplex decorado con gran cuidado y mucho estilo, proporcionando todas las comodidades. Suelo de parquet y fantástica terraza. Posee tres dormitorios, 6 camas y dos cuartos de baño. La orientación sur-oeste hace que sea muy luminoso y aireado. Está situado junto al antiguo cauce del Turia, al lado de las Torres de Quart y en 10 minutos se llega al centro de Valencia. La entrada tiene acceso directo al comedor que es amplio y luminoso. Comunica directamente con la cocina, abierta y con una mesa de trabajo. Tiene un sofá doble. A través de un gran ventanal se ve la arboleda de la calle Guillem de Castro. La cocina, amplia y equipada con horno, microondas, gas, frigorífico con congelador, lavavajillas, lavadora, campana extractora de humos, y hervidor de agua (kettel). Tiene una mesa con 6 sillas. Comunica con una galería donde se encuentra el termo que es de gas y la lavadora. El dormitorio principal tiene un armario empotrado y un balcón-mirador. La cama es de matrimonio, de 160x200cm. Hay un cuarto de baño integrado en la propia habitación, con ducha, lavabo, inodoro y bidet. En la planta superior se encuentran: - El segundo dormitorio que es doble, con techo abuhardillado, con dos camas individuales de 90cm. Una de ellas es cama nido. - Y el tercero tiene una cama nido y da a la terraza. - La terraza es amplia, donde poder disfrutar del sol de Valencia. Tiene mobiliario de terraza: mesa con sillas y sofá. En el pasillo también hay un gran armario con mucha capacidad. El segundo cuarto de baño independiente, también en la parte de arriba, está en el pasillo, equipado con bañera, lavabo e inodoro. Dispone de aire acondicionado (frio y calor) excepto en la habitación doble y WIFI. Además calefacción por gas.
