**“VILLA LAURA”** es una casa de 200m2, repartidos en dos plantas. La vivienda está decorada con gran cuidado y mucho estilo, proporcionando todas las comodidades. Posee cinco dormitorios, dos baños y un aseo. Con piscina privada y una zona ajardinada, preciosa, alrededor de toda la vivienda.

La entrada es directa al comedor que es muy amplio y luminoso. Posee una gran mesa con 6 sillas más otras plegables. En la misma estancia se encuentra el salón, que cuenta con un amplio sofá. Tiene T.V.
En la terraza principal hay una gran mesa de madera con capacidad para 6 personas.
En la piscina hay sillas y tumbonas. Zona de sombra.
La cocina es amplia y moderna, hay una mesa con 4 sillas. Equipada con vitrocerámica, horno, microondas, frigorífico, congelador, lavavajillas, campana extractora de humos, y hervidor de agua (kettel). Tiene una galería- despensa. También hay un aseo, baño de cortesía para los invitados.
Al lado está el almacén donde se encuentra la lavadora y secadora, la caldera que suministra agua caliente y calefacción por agua a toda la casa.
