Small, luminous, renewed & clean Beach Apartment in very peaceful urbanization. Six hundred m. to beach. A Temporary Contract will be established for over eleven days stay as per Urban Leasing Law. Next to bus, metro stations. Fully furnished, decently equipped but any extra utensils must be supplied by guests; No pigeonhole-key given for temporary contracts. Decency, quietness & respect to direct neighbours, to be exercised always, no loud party music nor loud children permitted. No carrying bicycles or wheeled devices upstairs to apartment. For students, we will require a parental guarantee or proof of financial support. We take no responsibility for allergies to mould in walls due to humidity weather in Valencia. We will always clean walls but will not take responsibility for derived skin illnesses or health issues.
