A Temporary Contract will be established for over eleven days stay as per Urban Leasing Law. No tourism regulations apply. Next to bus, metro stations. Fully furnished, decently equipped but any extra utensils must be supplied by guests; No pigeonhole-key given for temporary contracts. Decency, quietness & respect to direct neighbours, to be exercised always, no loud party music nor loud children permitted. No carrying bicycles or wheeled devices upstairs to apartment. Breaking such requirements, rescinds contract. For students, we will require a parental guarantee or proof of financial support.
