Very quiet, cosy centric area, on top of pharmacy, two big food stores & next to multiple bus/metro stations. Large ROOM/Studio with fitted kitchen, WC, terrace: two lifts, WiFi, dryer, tv, space saving furniture, ideal for one or two people (students, workers, sabbaticals) able to proof their stay in Spain for temporary reasons such as studies, work or sabatical months( Temporary Contract will be issued in accordance to Spanish Law). Internet, water, gas, electricity bills, to be paid with the monthly rent. If bills are exceptionally very very much higher than those realistically indicated in SpotAHome, guest pays the extra difference. Minor utensils to be supplied by guest; No pigeonhole-key given for temporary stays. Respect for community quietness and harmony is requested. No pets allowed since all furniture is new.
